What we collect, and why.

This page describes what happens to the information you send us. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send when you write to matilda@sonatalabs.ai: your name, your email address, and whatever you include in the message. There are no forms on this site.

If you book a call, the booking is made through Calendly, which collects your name, email address and chosen time under its own privacy terms, and passes them to us so the call can happen.

If you used the request form that was previously on this site, that submission was delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service, under its own privacy terms. We can delete it on request.

What we do with it

We read it in order to reply to you and, if we work together, to arrange that work. We do not sell your information, share it with model providers or other vendors, or add you to a marketing list.

Access to your systems

Getting in touch grants us no access to your systems, your data, or your customers. Our benchmarks are built in fictional environments and never connect to a live system. If confidential material ever became useful, it would only be shared under an NDA.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, which works without cookies and does not track you across other sites. Fonts and assets are served from the site itself.

Removing your information

Ask us and we will delete your correspondence and anything derived from it. If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, the change will be reflected here.
